Attitude Is Everything with Stacy Campesi, MA
Some people define success according to financial or career benchmarks. Others define it by the quality of their relationships, the mark they’re leaving on the world, or a certain sense of peace they wish to achieve. Whatever the measure, success is more likely achieved when one performs at the top of their game. This occurs when a person has a high level of Engaged Energy that most of us refer to as ATTITUDE! Because of its vital role in success, it is extremely important to understand what creates one’s level of Engaged Energy, and also, how to shift to and nurture high energy. To discuss this powerful topic, I was joined by coaching colleague Stacy Campesi, who brought her own high energy to the show and talked about how energy drives our actions in personal and professional life.

Staying Focused In An Unfocused World
It's so easy to lose your focus!!! Let's face it, we live in a fast-paced, ever-changing, social-media driven world that seems to have us literally and figuratively jumping from one task to the next. While multi-tasking has long been a concept embraced by modern society, there's actually evidence that it is neither effective nor efficient in terms of true productivity. In essence, being busy and being productive are not one in the same.
On this episode, I joined with two other dynamic Life Coaches, Lisa Marie Pepe, and Robert Valin, as we used our time to discuss how and why staying focused in an unfocused world is paramount in achieving personal and professional success.
